EasyShop has been designed as a template to get Your Business online. Your test purchases will not be billed or delivered.
However Your Business could contain information similar to this:
Your Business can ship to virtually any address in the world. Most of our
shipments are made directly by the vendor so your complete order could arrive
at different times. This is normal and nothing to be alarmed about. You will only be charged shipping based on the total weight of your order.
Delivery Time
All of our vendors strive to ship your order in a timely fashion. If there
are going to be any unusual delays we will contact you. Some items are made
to order and therefore take longer to get to you. These items will normally
be clearly marked as such on the specific product detail page.
Calculating Cost
Your shipping costs depend upon the methods and options you choose. There are
times that we can save you a significant amount by changing the method of shipment.
For example, many International shipments can be shipped much more economically
through the Post Office. Our shopping cart only provides EXPRESS rates for International
shipments. If the Post Office is significantly cheaper we will contact you for approval
to change it. Naturally, we will pass those savings on to you in the form of
an adjustment to your order total.
Returns Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may return
any items to Your Business, for any reason, for a full refund (we'll also refund
the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error).
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased
from Your Business. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged.
Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable
condition, or are missing parts will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion.
We cannot accept items returned after 60 days.
Exchanges of Damaged or Defective Items
Your Business can exchange items only if they are defective or damaged.
Refunds
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and
processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of
payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our
receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct
the shipping costs from your refund.
Packing and Sending Your Return
Just a few simple steps:
- Contact us for a Return Authorization Number. We'll also provide you with
the proper address to send your return (we normally have you send it back to
the vendor).
- Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box.
You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
- Send it to the provided address using whatever method of shipment you prefer.
